TVI also claims that they have the capital, expertise, and proprietary to go the distance. They say they have everything aligned to become the next Billion-Dollar Giant.
They claim to have 4 ways to earn income with 72% of the revenue paid out to the distributor. The system consists of two boards: Traveller and Express Board. In the Traveller board, when the board fills up (14 people beneath you) you earn $500.
YOU MUST SPONSOR AT LEAST 2 PEOPLE TO QUALIFY FOR ANY COMMISSIONS. Sounds easy but according to internet marketing statistics...it isn't. People will either not take action or they will hear "no" a few times and give up. In fact, most people are not sales people and that is required in order to be successful.
The Express board works the same way but when it fills up it breaks into two sub-boards and earning $15,000. You also get re-entered into the express board.
If all the board stufrf sounds confusing...it is! Here is the kicker...ALL THAT IS REQUIRED FOR YOU TO CYCLE OUT OF THE EXPRESS BOARD IS TO HELP TWO OF YOUR DOWNLINES COME TO THE EXPRESS BOARD AND QUALIFY YOU FOR COMMISSIONS.
Tvi Express offers the typical marketing tools but if you have seen one, you've seen them all.
Statistics show that 95% of the people who join these types of programs will fail. The reason is they will not sponsor 2 people. You must be a seasoned marketer in order to accomplish the task of sponsoring people.
They have a "Tell-A-Friend" feature which reminds me of the old school where you try to recruit your friends and family. That sucks and if TVI Express is promoting to do this...most people will fail because my Uncle Louie couldn't sell firewood to an Eskimo and he sure as heck couldn't sell anyone on this program.

do the math - do the math!!!! how can 250 grow to 10 000? easy - many people at the bottom will pay out to a few at the top.very quickly u simply run out of people.the numbers 'jumped' off my calculator but at level 28 on this pyramid, 67 Million people are required - try it - 1x2x2x2x2 etc... this chain will break in many places and millions will lose to the unscrupulous creators of this scheme who are already laughing in Cyprus i believe.

It's not just about the number, it's about the core business model that would never hold up in court as anything other than a pyramid scam.

I interpret this statement like this: what if that is a scam, there are 6 billion people on this Planet, some of them will contribute to the fat check in my pocket!
I hope my interpretation is wrong, but if I am right I hope I will never do business with people like that!
Now do some maths! Be conservative, let’s say the top guy (the one sits on the pinnacle of the Pyramid) will receive $10000. It will take 10000/250 i.e., 40 persons to fatten his pocket and they better not claim that holiday they supposedly entitle to.
How about the 40 person? Each will need 40 persons to fill their pockets with $10000. That is1600 persons.
The 1600 persons will need 64000 persons, then 2560000, 102400000, 4096000000 and then 163,840,000,000. How many persons on the planet?
In real world, the sums do not stack up like that! What tend to happen, out of the second tier persons recruited, 2 or 3 people will get paid, the other 37 will do the paying and be happy about it. Anyone tried to claim their holidays yet?
One thing about TVI, what about the VOUCHERS? I have yet to hear of anybody cashing in on the vouchers and taking a trip. All I hear is the money part. Money is great, but what about the product... So I joined DreamStyle, where you can have the money and the product. I talked to the owner and the agency that books your travel. They are both legitimate and in the US. I was an active member of TVI and strong advocate of this business opportunities where I brought in many of my closest friends and co-workers thinking I am helping them to live a better lives. However, I've lost many of my friends and my co-workers are distancing themselves and currently living with heavy burden over my head, because even after cycling out the $500 board, never received the voucher, travel package and no guidance/responses from the main office. I WANT TO TELL YOU THAT IS IS FUCKING BULLSHIT AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I DID AND I AM PAYING ALL MY FRIENDS BACK WITH THEIR MONEY JUST TO SHOW THEM THAT I WAS A VICTIM OF THIS BULLSHIT. TVI????? Try this company...all the weaknesses of TVI EXPRESS are covered...

If you use Google news search, and use keywords TVI EXPRESS NEWS, you will find mainly negative news about TVI Express, except some press releases. Nothing about its "amazing growth" or "changing lives".
In other words, TVI Express is NOT covered by ANY sort of mainstream media at all.
The conclusion is:NOT a single legitimate news source, in the entire world indexed by Google, in the myriad of languages, wrote a single POSITIVE story on TVI Express.
Yet if you dig a little deeper, you find all sorts of negative news about TVI Express... Here are some examples:
TVI Express under investigation in Hungary as Pyramid Scheme (realdeal.hu)
TVI Express sued by Lufthansa, Avis, and Marriott for falsely representing them as partners (Mallorca Zeitung, a newspaper in Spain)
TVI Express member in China convicted of pyramid scheme, sentenced to 1 year in prison (China Direct Marketing Net news)
What's more, there is absolutely no hint ANYWHERE about who is running TVI Express. When you invest in a brand new company that is barely months old, you'd want to know who is running it, does s/he have a good track record of running profitable companies, and so on. And there's nothing, absolutely nothing about TVI Express's management team on their website. No name, no picture, no nationality, not even the number of officers they have in the company.
Even the website itself, TVIExpress.com, have domain privacy turned on, so it shows no information on who owns the domain, which is rather strange for a company allegedly based in UK.
In my investigation i found shocking news that TVI is run by one person in ,INDIA Mr.Tarun trikh ,he is invlived in lot of bogus schmes and duped crores of rupees .In short TVI is a global scaamm ,STAY AWAY ,dont join .

Well I can't say its a scam cause I made 10k with tvi but the customer service sucks ,the good news is the hotels are now back on ,bottom line like in every other mlm u need to work it and if u don't u will loose out your money and ppl

TVI scam or pyramid or what you like has sor far paid me an evoucher worth $250 and $250 cash which I used to buy and then sell another voucher.I joined 8th May 2010 and was paid 3rd july 2010.I made 100% profit in a month.

@Stylia -- it has ALWAYS been difficult to get money out of eWallet. A lot of people thing they are rich when they see eWallet show big number. They do not understand it is only a number. They are not rich until money sits in their BANK, and they have to may many fees to transfer funds out of eWallet, and as you say, many delays and problems. Do not celebrate too early.

Don't you know that the 'product' is actually a 'service'? try to think of it like being a member of a golf club, if you are a member, you can get discounts on the club's services, stores, restaurants, etc. You still have to buy stuffs, but at a member discounts. And people does pay just to be a member.....(no product???) and gets the benefits of a member. And if you recommend others to join also, you'll get incentives, bonuses, etc....(where's the money??), well the money is spent on the club's various maintenances, etc......

This business is not for everybody, it's just for them who can treat it like a business, work hard mainly on self improvements, and still be friends with friends who have been offered the opportunity, but doesn't join.
@Red Dragon -- so, you claim that a club sells nothing and invests nothing, but is still a business? A club sells its benefits package for "membership dues" every month (or year, or whatever). So it does sell something.
So what is the benefits package of TVI Express? The "portal"? It's just relabeled Travelocity, which is FREE to use by everyone. The 7-day 6-night vacation? Impossible to redeem, and now requires extra $150 per their own announcements, and all participating hotels are IN INDIA! (per their own announcements).
A "club" provides real benefits/service to members, and takes in membership dues as income every month. It doesn't promise members that they can will become rich or change their life. A club doesn't advertise itself as a business opportunity and call its members "distributors". Therefore, TVI Express is NOT a club.
Perhaps YOU need to get your comparison checked, as you seem to be deploying logical fallacies, namely strawman and bad analogy.

Maybe you mean the 7-day 6-night vacation? Impossible to redeem, and now cost extra $150 in "taxes and processing fees". Oh, you can redeem it half-sized, 4-day 3-night trip. Sure. But that is NOT what they promised, is it? And did they say which hotels you can use? The only published lists are 130 hotel IN INDIA (and a few more in Indonesia). That is not around the globe, is it? Did they tell you that the trips had been IMPOSSIBLE to redeem for a WHOLE YEAR? Vacation actual worth? Depends on if you want to go to India or not. But NOT worth $250.
And you cannot sell vacation. You must sell membership, and always mention "earn $10000 every week!" (says so on their website, front page)
So the service you are pushing is worth ZERO. The only "real value" it offers is that chance at $10000, which makes it a PYRAMID SCHEME.

Benefits are real? Just got news from Indonesia that TVI Express can't even redeem the travel certificates to Singapore. The local story is "funds depleted". You seem to be BOOOOING everyone who dares have a positive thing to say about TVI Express....and I fail to understand why because afterall these people are not even borrowing funds from you or anyone to join Tvi or any other network. They join TVI with their own monies so therefore they carry the loss or profit themselves.

If being a distributor for TVI is against the law, then let the law deal with them who are such. It's ok to give advice but we should also not scare people away by being as passionate as you are. We can't change the world by being arrogant and passionate towards everyone who practises his/her own faith convictions. Live your life as how you CHOOSE to and allow others too to live theirs as how they see fit even if we don't agree with their convictions. Remember not everyone agrees with yours too.

Hi, I have redeem three TVI hotel voucher for my group, two was booked for Boulevard Hotel: www.blvhotel.com (4 star) in Malaysia on last Oct 8-13, 2010. I booked Triple Room Deluxe - Room Only without breakfast in October 7th 2010 at 7pm! ..yes at 7pm! that's 5 hour to Oct 8, and surprisingly when they check in the hotel, they also got breakfast :). I can show you the booking certificate and you can check it to Boulevard hotel for prove. They pay the tax in the TVI booking portal for just US$ 100 only, and you don't need to pay anything when check in the hotel.
One other voucher I booked for Kamandalu Resort and Spa in Ubud - Bali (5 star) on Nov 17th 2010: www.kamandaluresort.com. They pay the tax for about US$ 250. After make a booking in the TVI online booking portal, they call the hotel and the hotel confirmed their booking from TVI.
If possible I will make the video when they check in using the TVI Voucher and I will broadcast it in YouTube.
You can found famous hotels like Marriott, Conrad, Hilton, Hyatt, Swissotel, Radisson, Sheraton, Novotel, Four Season, etc. in TVI hotel list. This is the prove TVI is not illegal, the voucher product is real. Giant hotels industry like I'd mentioned before will not accept TVI voucher if the travel company illegal. Also I can find around 50 hotel in Sydney Australia, there should be no hotel list in Australia if it's illegal.
In the TVI scheme, you can jump over and leave your Upline and get the reward, this can't be done in pyramid scheme, your Upline is your Upline forever, your can't jump over it.. So TVI is not pyramid.

Honestly, before i judged this Company. I tried study this Company for 3 months (checked everything including the affiliated banks, 95,000 hotels around the world, etc.) Then, I said; How will I know if their Vouchers are not really working if I'm not yet a member, so, I joined their team, worked with them until I earned..
I used their free hotels with breakfast!

People are constantly looking for ways to make money. Id like to add also that all MLMs are some form of a "pyramid scheme". No network would make it without any recruits. They are just legalised shcemes. I jst see a problem of "certain individuals who control authorities" dont want people to be rich.

Well my ex-fiance asked me to join coz he has already paid R21 000 or so, the reason I don't want to join is because my friends father started a scheme like that years ago and he was given a month to shut down and destroy everything because it is illegal. Government was involved and it was ugly. You do make a lot of money it's true but it's not allowed that's all. In the long run it will shut down, like all illegal operations do. Just Government Policy that's all.

Hi, I am Sohan from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I joined TVI 2 months ago with 3 ids. Now I have 7 ids and 3 of my ids cycled out for $500. That means I have got $1500 back. Now 2 of my ids are qualified to get $10,000.Expecting my first $10000 at the end of March 2011. This is not a scam. I have calculated. once 64 people join , 1 people goes out with $10,000 and 8 other goes out with $500. That means TVI takes 64x250=16000 and pays $10000 + ($500x8=4000) So the company still has $2000 in profit on their hand. They gives a part from this profit to those who land on express board again.
So they are not scam. They pays you from the money entering in to the boards.

Here in our country, a lot sell those, LGN also sell the same thing, now kschang is saying no product? All your calculation and math things doesn't add up specialy when you see people inspired, and evidences that the travel works and the money flows. i am a member of TVIexpress.. have sponsered 8 people and evry1 is abusing me.. the hotel taxes are too high and u can get the hotel without using the voucher for the price they want as taxes, im talking about india..
i transferred 13000 INr in my account through liberty reserve for booking funds on 17th October which is yet to be credited to my account, and their customer support is non sense.. have sent them all proofs in india, UK and even their ceo but havent recieved any money on my booking funds.. they say they offer upto 5 star hotels, while u'd hardly find a 5 star in their portal.. no le meridien, hyatt, taj or any good chain in there

all negative comments.. isn't it right or wrong? for me learn to take risk.. how many times we have 14k but doesn't have any ROI or return of Investment? here your only investment is 14k and your mouth..you can earn as fast as 1 week if you have 2 recruits. if you work you will get paid if not of course you will have nothing. i already got my commission try it first before you tel its negative.

TVI is a great program but you are right when you say that people have to treat it like a business. I get tired of people who join and do nothing and then a couple of months later they bad mouth the company.
